RDG was founded in 1985, with the idea that carpentry and custom design should be brought together to create a unique and inviting home. Stemming from Ron’s experience in the field he understands the day-to-day operations on site, which allows RDG to properly manage and oversee even the most intricate of projects. Starting out doing small renovations and custom finishes, the company grew and slowly began to take on larger scale projects. Driven by the concept of, always providing a genuine and professional service while focusing meticulously on the details.
